Conceptual Design
Let’s kick things off with a high-level, in-person meeting to better understand your project goals, family desires and possible constraints. The custom home process is highly personal and we greatly value this synergetic time together. Additional meetings are never a bad idea! Any reference documents or inspiration are encouraged and appreciated.
Preliminary Design
Working alongside our team of collective designers, we strive to meet your home needs in graphic form. This iterative phase can be broad; encompassing lot discussion and site placement, interior features, and exterior tone. Tangibly, we strive to promptly develop elevations and framing plans to your liking in an iterative and collaborative design process.
Construction Documents
Upon solidifying your preliminary design and obtaining confidence in project budget, our team will work diligently to complete documentation. We deliver thorough construction documents, specific to your home design and location, ready for permit and construction.
Interior Design
Our team is equipped to fulfill the custom design process by bridging the gap between building shell and the warmth of a stylized home. By approaching this phase during construction rather than as an afterthought, we are able to maximize architectural features and deliver an integrated and uniquely personal aesthetic.
